This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the assembly of medium-heavy equipment in the Kubota brand.

Position Overview : As an Entry-Level Assembly Technician, you will play a vital role in the assembly and production of Kubota medium-heavy equipment.

You will work in a dynamic team environment, following detailed instructions and blueprints to ensure the accurate and efficient assembly of machinery.

This role requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and precision in every aspect of the assembly process.Responsibilities :

• Equipment Assembly : Follow detailed assembly instructions and blueprints to assemble Kubota medium-heavy equipment, including tractors, excavators, and loaders.
• Quality Assurance : Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure all components meet Kubota's standards and specifications.
• Tool Usage : Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to assemble, adjust, and calibrate components accurately.
• Collaboration : Work closely with team members, engineers, and supervisors to resolve assembly issues and contribute to process improvements.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.

Qualifications :

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in mechanical assembly is a plus.
• Mechanical Aptitude : Basic understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
• Team Player : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-Oriented : Keen attention to detail and precision to ensure accurate assembly of components.
