We are currently seeking a Construction Scheduler to join our growing Project Controls Group. This position has the potential to be fully remote or hybrid, providing flexibility in your work environment.

As a Construction Scheduler, you will have the opportunity to work on transportation projects, including Bus Rapid Transit, Light Rail, and complex roadway / bridge projects.

This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are passionate about construction and have experience in heavy civil infrastructure.

Responsibilities :

• Independently build and review schedules
• Create integrated schedules and cost / resource loading using P6
• Collaborate with teams to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
• Promote and perform effectively within a team environment
• Communicate with clients to address project needs and provide updates

Essential Job Functions :

• Utilize advanced experience with P6 and demonstrate proficiency in bluebeam and On-Screen Takeoff
• Have a strong understanding of construction methods and processes
• Possess effective communication and organizational skills
• Display transparency in work product
• Exhibit the ability to learn and utilize 4-D Scheduling on Synchro Pro

Skills :

• Related 2- or 4-year degree with 3 years of experience OR 6 years' relevant experience without a degree
• Experience with P6 required, including integrated schedules and cost / resource loading
• Knowledge of Bluebeam and On-Screen Takeoff preferred
• Ability to obtain AACE International PSP or PMI-SP certifications desirable
• Previous experience with 4-D Scheduling on Synchro Pro is a plus
• Great communication skills and ability to successfully interact with clients
