Essential Job Functions Include :

RESPONSIBLE FOR ESTIMATING AND MANAGING PROJECTS FROM INITIAL CONTACT BY THE CLIENT THROUGH THE CONTRACT CLOSE-OUT, AT THE LEAST YOU MUST MEET ESTABLISHED GROSS MARGIN GOALS ON EVERY PROJECT.

UTILIZE JONAS ACCOUNTING / PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AS COMPANY-WIDE OPERATIONS MODE.

Overview not limited to all operations in real-time and :

PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF ASSIGNED JOBS IN PROGRESS ( COMPANY-WIDE )

B. ESTIMATE / MANAGE ASSIGNMENTS WITHIN ACCEPTED GUIDELINES OF PROFESSIONAL

PROFESSIONAL ESTIMATORS / PM. Follow MCA / PHCC Guide Lines / GE Mechanical Policies & Procedures.

C. MAINTAIN EXISTING AUTO CAD PROGRAM AND UTILIZE TECHNOLOGY TO INCREASE GE MECHANICALS

PROFESSIONAL IMAGE. Phase II

D. MAINTAIN TRADE SERVICE ESTIMATION SOFTWARE AND KEEP CURRENT MATERIAL PRICES. Phase II

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE ALL ADMINISTRATIVE, SALES, AND ESTIMATING SUPPORT TO YOUR DIRECT

REPORTS, BE HIGHLY ORGANIZED, AND BE A DETAIL-ORIENTED MANAGER.

YOU MUST HAVE A DESIRE TO WORK WITH OTHERS AND BE RESPONSIVE TO ALL OUR CUSTOMERS NEEDS.

YOU MUST BE FULLY COMPUTER LITERATE. THIS MULTIFACETED POSITION REQUIRES

AN INDIVIDUAL THAT CAN HANDLE A VARIETY OF TASKS AT THE SAME TIME.

YOUR ADDITIONAL COST TO THE COMPANY MUST RESULT IN ADDITIONAL PROFITS TO OFFSET THE INCREASE

OVERHEAD CAUSED AS A RESULT OF YOUR EMPLOYMENT.

This position requires a highly organized computer literate professional. We cannot stress enough the importance of organization for this position.

Our goal is to bring a production line mentality (automation), with checks and balances into your division.

Plumbing / HVAC & R Construction Division Manager hands-on to Estimate and Manage total yearly division volume between 4.
