The Commercial Roofing Operations Manager will supervise, coordinate and ensure the timely installation and completion of commercial roofing projects for Sales, Production and Service.

They will be responsible for managing employee relations, job supervision and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary :

• Recruiting and retaining qualified workers in the commercial roofing realm
• Ensuring safe, profitable and quality projects
• Keeping good lines of communication between sales and operations
• Addressing any and all problems that may arise during the course of business
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Good communications with the customer, contractors and employees
• Planning jobs for labor crews
• Responsible for maintaining and managing job paperwork
• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager in ordering commercial roofing materials for projects
• Supervise multiple commercial roofing sales, production / service crews

Candidate Requirements :

• 2-5 Years exp in Commercial Roofing REQUIRED
• Proven leader in all aspects of sales and production of projects
• A valid driver’s license
• Operations management experience required
