Estimator- Commercial Construction
A highly-respected General Contractor is seeking an Estimator to join their growing team!
Estimator Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience estimating ground-up commercial construction projects
- Degree preferred, not required
- Responsible to oversee profit and loss relating to assigned projects and will develop regular margin projections
- Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects
- Work with clients and design teams
- Track, price and negotiate project cost changes
