We are offering a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for this position! We have an amazing opportunity for a Clinician II at our Auburn NY location.

As a Hillside Clinician, working some non traditional hours, you will be responsible for the assessment and delivery of quality mental health care to the youth and families that we serve. You will work on a team, assessing a young person and their family's needs, while developing, evaluating and modifying the individual service plan in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary treatment team in partnership with the young person and their family.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ability to diagnose and treat children/youth and families
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in home and community based settings including structured and process groups, based on group/client needs and Clinician credentials
• Depending on level of experience, provide clinical consultation and training to staff
• Act as the primary contact for the service plan with the ability to expertly and succinctly communicate at all levels both verbally and in writing.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work or clinically related field
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience is required.
• Must be licensed or permit eligible upon hire
• Thorough knowledge of services provided, well developed advocacy skills, knowledge and understanding of payment processes for services
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet agency driving standards
