TrustPoint International is Hiring a Litigation Attorney Near Pittsburgh, PA

Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with a growing Philadelphia based commercial litigation boutique law firm in their search for a mid-level Employment Law Litigation Attorney for their Pittsburgh office. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and meet the following requirements:

  • At least three years of prior litigation experience. At least two years of employment law litigation is preferred, on either side of the docket, with insurance defense and/or commercial experience a plus.
  • Experience assisting with or managing all phases of litigation, including propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions and preparing for and attending hearings and mediation.
  • Firm offers a collegial environment, with an opportunity to develop litigation skills and be provided with training and mentorship.
  • A competitive salary and benefits package are offered, including an annual bonus tied to billable hours.
  • Position offers a hybrid work schedule and the opportunity to be located in the firm's downtown Pittsburgh office.
