We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer with a Professional Engineering license (PE) and a minimum of 8 years of experience in civil site design and land development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential, commercial, and industrial projects, with expertise in site design, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design.

Civil Engineer Key Responsibilities:

- Lead civil engineering projects from conception to completion, including site planning, design, permitting, and construction oversight.
- Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and constraints.
- Develop comprehensive site plans and specifications for residential, commercial, and industrial developments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client objectives.
- Perform grading, drainage, and utility design to optimize site functionality and mitigate environmental impacts.
- Implement stormwater management strategies to control runoff and prevent erosion on project sites.
- Collaborate with architects, surveyors, contractors, and regulatory agencies to coordinate project activities and ensure project success.
- Prepare and review engineering reports, calculations, and drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.

Civil Engineer Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineering license (PE) required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil site design and land development.
- Proven track record of successfully managing residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and independently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
