**Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care and effective communication.
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay current on the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis.

**Qualifications:**
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA in a clinical or educational setting.
- Strong clinical skills, including assessment, intervention, and behavior management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Dedication to upholding ethical standards and promoting the well-being of clients.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
