Audit Supervisor Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage all aspects of audit engagements
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct risk assessments and evaluate internal controls
• Review and analyze financial statements and reports
• Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations
• Train, mentor, and supervise audit staff
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and present audit findings to clients and senior management

Audit Supervisor Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in public accounting
• Bachelor's in accounting, Master's in accounting
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA Exam preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software
• Ability to adapt to changing industry regulations and guidelines

Job Type : Full-Time; Permanent 

Compensation Range : $85,000 - $120,000
