Job Title : Asphalt Paving Foreman

Job Description :

We are currently seeking an Asphalt Paving Foreman to join our team. The Asphalt Paving Foreman will oversee and coordinate asphalt paving operations, ensuring the successful completion of projects, including quality roads, parking lots, sidewalks, and walkways.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and lead asphalt paving crews during project execution.
• Coordinate paving activities to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Monitor crew performance and productivity, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Conduct pre-job and post-job meetings to review project requirements and outcomes.
• Ensure that safety protocols and regulations are followed at all times.
• Inspect work progress to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and crew members.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain accurate records of work hours, materials used, and equipment maintenance.
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members to support their professional development.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in asphalt paving, with a focus on quality roads, parking lots, sidewalks, and walkways.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Strong understanding of asphalt paving techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
