Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Manage work back schedules, resolve issues, and escalate risks appropriately.
  • Collaborate effectively with project teams, leading meetings and engaging stakeholders.
  • Navigate change and ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
  • Apply comprehensive project management experience to optimize life cycle phases.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Project Manager with a successful track record.
  • L&D specific experience/background is highly desired.
  • Experience working in large technology companies is highly desired.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
  • In-depth understanding of project management methodologies.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
