Our team of administrators are responsible for the administration and co-ordination of scheduled Learning events, remotely or on customer sites. With responsibility for establishing and maintaining excellent customer and staff relationships, you’ll ensure total customer satisfaction.
From within our EMEA region we support both local regional clients, as well as having responsibility for ensuring our global clients needs are met. You’ll have the opportunity to work with clients across different industries such as: Financial Services, Insurance Services, Pharmaceuticals, Automotive and Technology. Our clients are global and regional in nature, and we are too.
The role operates on a hybrid basis with time split between our office in Krakow and home working.
On day-to-day basis you’ll:
You’ll be supporting our clients in the EMEA region and therefore fluency (written and spoken) in English and Polish is essential; previous experience in a learning environment isn’t required, what’s important is the ability to plan and organise and provide strong administrative support, coupled with a positive approach and ‘can do’ attitude.
