The District Manager will have an opportunity to play a major part in building a national brand under GP Mobile. There are significant opportunities to apply new and innovative ways to grow the Brand and to drive the performance of our organization. There is a top leadership team eager to partner with the ideal candidate. The individual will have the ability to build and upgrade a strong team. There are major opportunities to implement new projects and products.
The District Manager will drive sales execution efforts with GP Mobile. This leader will be accountable for realizing the full potential of the T-Mobile brand, ensuring that GP Mobile employees are well trained in T-Mobile products & services, including the improvement of the customer experience. This position is critical for building preference at retail by driving relationships & merchandising, increasing sales, and reducing selling expenses. It will have responsibility for managing the success of multiple GP Mobile locations.

  • Foster professional development of subordinates through coaching and feedback on results; shares personal knowledge and experience, moves decisively on performance problems. Values and capitalizes on diversity of backgrounds and thought processes. Leads by example.
  • Demonstrated high ethical and moral behavior, unquestionable integrity, and character.
  • Has talent to build and maintain relationships, both internally with team members and Management, as well as externally with customers and other functional leaders.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience managing sales and operations at a multi-unit level.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Business analysis skills along with in-depth retail experience.
  • Strong focus on customer and quality.
  • Excellent communications and influencing skills.
  • 2– 4 years sales and operational experience
  • 2– 4 years people management experience
  • 1– 3 years T-Mobile multi-unit management experience
  • 2 years Wireless Retail Experience
  • 1 years Project Management
