Our team is looking to add an upbeat Front Desk Agent to manage all aspects of front desk operations and be a key person of reference for our guests and vendors. To be successful in this role, you will need to extend professionalism and courtesy, have outstanding communication skills, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required
Skills:
- Excellent hospitality management skills
- Strong guest relations abilities
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Experience in night audit is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and demonstrating proper phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
