Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site
- Ensure projects are completed within the established budget and timeline
- Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality workmanship
- Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, and Primavera for project tracking
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams

Experience:

- Proven experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in project management tools such as HeavyBid for estimating and budgeting
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints
- Experience supervising construction crews and subcontractors
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
