Position Overview:

As the Clinical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical department. You will oversee the daily clinical activities, manage staff schedules, and uphold the highest standards of patient care as well as inventory management, records, and set-up.

Your leadership skills, organizational prowess, and ability to foster a collaborative team environment will be essential in driving our practice's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the clinical team to ensure efficient operation and delivery of exceptional patient care.
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization to maximize productivity and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to streamline processes and enhance overall practice efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and protocols, including infection control measures and HIPAA guidelines.
  • Provide mentorship and training to clinical staff, fostering their professional development and growth.
  • Serve as a liaison between the clinical team and management, facilitating effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Monitor inventory levels and equipment maintenance to support smooth clinical operations.
  • Actively participate in performance evaluations, goal setting, and strategic planning initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Dental Assistant Certification/ Training
  • DANB certification (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an oral surgery setting.
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Full Benefits Available

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour
