*Total Weekly Gross Travel Package: $2139
Local Hourly Rate: $55.00
Weekly hours: 36
Shift: Days - No on call - No Float
Start Date: ASAP
Length: 13 weeks
*Based upon qualifying for position and allowances total package is inclusive of taxable wages and allowances
Overview:
- Performs physical therapy evaluations, procedures, and diagnostic tests on patients for whom these have been medically prescribed, in compliance with the Agency electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Formulates and establishes short term and long-term treatment, goals and plans
- Personal care component for a small percentage of patients
- Other Physical Therapy (PT) duties as assigned
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Self-direction, flexibility, and professionalism with a strong sense of team commitment
- New grads considered
- Successful completion of a program approved by the National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy
- Current PT license issued by the state in which you intend to travel (or a willingness to obtain one) - Single or Compact License Accepted
- Complies with accepted professional standards and practice
- Successful completion of GoTravel’s Competency Program
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray, Physical, & BLS/CPR Certificate
- Written & Spoken proficiency in the English language
