GoTravel Therapy is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for an assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Metamora, IN for 13 weeks.
*Weekly Gross Travel Pay: $1810
Local Hourly Rate: $42.00

*Based upon qualifying for position and allowances. Total package is inclusive of taxable wages and allowances.
Overview:

• Implements plans & treatments formulated by Physical Therapist (PT)
• Personal care component for a small percentage of patients
• Other Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) duties as assigned
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Self-direction, flexibility, and professionalism with a strong sense of team commitment

• Successful completion of a program approved by the National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy Assistant
• Current Indiana State PTA License - Single or Compact License Accepted (if applicable)
• Complies with accepted professional standards and practice
• Successful completion of GoTravel therapy's Competency Program
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray, Physical, & BLS/CPR Certificate
• Proficiency in the English language
