GoTo Staffing is Hiring a CNC Lathe Operator Near West Jordan, UT

Goto Staffing is hiring! We have 2 openings for a CNC Lathe Operator in West Jordan Utah.

Shift:

-Monday to Thursday 07:30am to 4:30pm and Friday 07:30am to 1:30pm, OT available.

Pay: $

-20$-$24 Depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Select and install appropriate tooling for each job
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality control standards are met
- Perform basic math calculations to verify dimensions and tolerances
- Use hand tools to make adjustments and perform minor maintenance on machines
- Assemble finished parts as required
- Handle materials safely and efficiently
- Package finished products for shipment or storage

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating CNC lathe machines
- Knowledge of welding techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and measurements
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and engineering drawings
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for machine adjustments and maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- SolidWorks experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with proper safety precautions
