Highlights of what our Landscape Construction Estimator will do:

• Review construction documents and understand scope of work to bid.
• Execute take-offs of construction documents.
• Input take-offs into spreadsheet.
• Solicit and obtain pricing for materials and subcontractors.
• Determine the cost of all material, labor, equipment, and subcontractors to complete the project
• Informs immediate supervisor of any observed inaccuracies or omissions in quoted items or computer database.
• Prepares cost analysis by capturing all material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs required for installation of projects.
• Other projects and tasks as assigned.

Skills and experience that are necessary will include, but not be limited to:

• Degree in Construction Management or Landscape Architecture is a plus
• Intermediate skill level in Excel and mathematics
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be a team player and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• At least a year of related experience is prefered
