Highlights of what our Construction Fleet Administrator will do :

• Prepares various confidential departmental reports as assigned by management, collects information, and compiles them into standard or non-standard format, prints, proofs, and distributes to appropriate company personnel.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals for additional / extra work.
• Manage and maintain Purchase Order logs to ensure that each is submitted and paid appropriately and timely.
• Run all weekly and monthly operations reports.
• Maintains and distributes equipment and rental logs.
• Assist with managing shop inventory and ordering various parts to support department.

Are you the right fit for this role? Skills & experience that are necessary as a Construction Fleet Administrator will include, but not limited to :

• High school diploma or equivalent; or one to three years’ related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge and experience with Sage / Timberline, Paperless, and / or Fleetio is a plus
• Adaptable to changes in the work environment with the ability to manage competing demands or unexpected events in a very fast-paced environment
