Gotham Gym is Hiring a Facility Supervisor Near New York, NY
This position will be responsible for the daily upkeep and maintenance of the facility as well as management of the maintenance staff.
Requirements:
- 2 Years maintenance experience. Gym experience a plus.
- Experience with monitoring repairs and maintenance work.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and follow through.
- Strong Verbal and Communication skills.
- Experience preparing for inspections.
- Management experience a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Daily maintenance of facility.
- Managing of maintenance team.
- Address maintenance repair requests from tenants
- Prevent violations, work to clear if issued
- Maintain preventative maintenance programs
- Prepare monthly management reports for senior management and assist with the preparation of annual budgets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
