Description:
We are seeking a skilled, positive, trustworthy and motivated Production Team Member to join our team on a part time basis that could possibly lead to full time. As a Production Team Member you will be responsible for making Gelato and Sorbet.
Responsibilities:
- Will be trained in making gelato and sorbet
- Following established recipes
- Efficiently packaging the products
- Completing daily kitchen cleaning tasks including sanitizing Gelato batch freezer
- Must follow a set task list & work cleanly and efficiently, complying with food safety standards
-Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time, perform repetitive manufacturing tasks.
-Supporting with other support tasks as needed
-Maintain a clean and organized work area

- A willing and coachable individual that shows up to work on time!
- Knowledge of food handling
- Strong attention to detail
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Food preparation: 1 year (Preferred)
