Gotham Enterprises is Hiring a LPC Near Philadelphia, PA
You should have some experience with a wide variety of patients and conditions. Our ideal applicant has a master's degree in psychology or social work and a license from the state. Clinical experience is also a requirement.
Work Schedule:
- Full Time
- Monday to Friday
- No Evenings or Weekends
- Hold a caseload of clients; establish rapport and positive working relationships with clients while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries
- Meet regularly with clients to review progress, stability, upcoming appointments, and discharge when appropriate
- Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans with clients
- Keep up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client
- Perform intake assessments
- Perform individual sessions per week
- Participate in individual supervision
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers
- Maintain a growth mindset in all aspects of work
- Master's degree in Counseling, psychology, social work, or a similar field
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC): unrestricted, independent, current, active
- Clinical experience of at least on year in a clinical outpatient setting post- graduate
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and listening skills
- Employees have the ability to earn $75,000 - $90,000, annually
- Fee-for-Service model
