Job Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients dealing with various mental health challenges.
Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
Offer supportive counseling, crisis intervention, and psychoeducation to clients and their families.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Stay informed about current research, trends, and best practices in the field of mental health counseling.
Participate in regular supervision, training, and professional development activities.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Some flexibility in scheduling may be required based on patient needs.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
State licensure or eligibility for Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Clinical Social Worker, or related professional.
Demonstrated experience providing counseling services to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.
Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of clients and the organization.

Salary Range: Competitive salary range: $115,000 to $130,000 per year
