Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain insights into clients' mental health status and individual needs.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with client’s goals and promote their overall well-being.
Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused approaches to facilitate positive change.
Offer teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care for clients through virtual sessions.
Provide crisis intervention services as needed, addressing urgent mental health concerns with compassion and expertise.
Engage in ongoing professional development activities, staying abreast of the latest mental health best practices and industry standards.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: $115k to $130k per year for full-time
Requirements
How to Qualify:
Must have a master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
Hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful connections with clients and colleagues.
Exhibit compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach in supporting clients on their mental health journey.
Showcase strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative tasks.
Have a clean disciplinary record with the licensing board.
