We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Family Practice Physician to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding care.
Work Schedule: As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a flexible schedule that includes both daytime and occasional evening and weekend shifts. This ensures comprehensive coverage and allows us to meet the diverse needs of our patient population.
You will have the privilege of working in our modern outpatient clinic, which is fully equipped with the latest medical technology. Supported by a team of experienced nurses and dedicated support staff, you will be part of a collaborative environment that promotes excellence in patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough physical examinations, assessing patients' medical conditions and accurately diagnosing illnesses and injuries.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, prescribing appropriate medications and therapies.
- Utilize your expertise to order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as X-rays and laboratory tests, to aid in accurate diagnoses.
- Provide ongoing care and management for chronic medical conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and asthma, ensuring optimal disease control and patient well-being.
- Offer preventive care services, including immunizations and health screenings, to promote early detection and prevention of diseases.
- Educate and counsel patients on lifestyle modifications, such as exercise and nutrition, to support their overall health and well-being.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care for our patients.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Valid medical license to practice in the state, with a clean disciplinary record.
- Board certification in Family Medicine, reflecting your commitment to excellence and ongoing professional development.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a family medicine practice, demonstrating your clinical competence and ability to handle a diverse patient population.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong patient relationships and effective collaboration with colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, enabling accurate diagnoses and effective treatment planning.
