About the Role
Gotham City Home Inspections is looking for full-time experienced and newly licensed Home Inspectors to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a team player that is professional and has excellent communication and people skills.
What You’ll Do Here:
Perform multiple home inspections per day using a computer program and phone to record observations to report back to the Real Estate Agent and/or the Client (usually the home buyer).
o Carrying, setting up and climbing a 15-foot ladder
o Accessing and traversing attic spaces, requiring good balance and
equilibrium.
o Accessing and traversing structural crawl spaces (tight
spaces with insects, pests, etc.)
