Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team at the San Clemente Farmers Market every Sunday. This role involves early morning setup and afternoon breakdown of market materials, including two large coolers, a canopy, and various marketing items. As sales are a major part of the role, meeting minimum sales targets is required.

Responsibilities:

• Transport market materials to and from the location (vehicle required).

• Set up and break down the sales booth.

• Engage with customers and sell products.

• Achieve sales targets.

• Operate under all weather conditions (rain or shine).

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and a vehicle capable of transporting market materials.

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.

• Proven employment history with a minimum of one year at past jobs.

• Provide 2 solid business/employment references.

• Complete Indeed’s questionnaire and follow up with a message upon application.

• Commit to a minimum of 6 months, understanding the training investment.
