Key Responsibilities:
-Video Editing: Proficiently edit video content, ensuring alignment with our mission and maintaining high-quality standards to engage our audience effectively.
-Basic Videography: Assist in filming shoots, contributing to the production process by operating cameras, framing scenes, and capturing footage that enhances each project.
-Pre/Post Production Support: Collaborate with the creative team to develop and refine project objectives. Coordinate filming shoots, logistics, equipment, and on-set activities. Facilitate a seamless transition from filming to editing, ensuring all necessary materials and guidance are provided. Collaborate with editing teams to ensure the integration of music, sound, commentary, and visual effects, resulting in a polished end product that aligns with our quality standards and mission.
-Additional Responsibilities: Manage resources such as equipment, locations, and props. Maintain production quality standards and adhere to established timelines. Conduct thorough review and proofing of media content before release. Assist with TV/programming schedules coordination.
Qualifications:
-Alignment with our Statement of Faith and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
-Regular involvement in a local, Bible-believing church.
-Two years of experience in videography and video editing, with proficiency in Davinci Resolve.
-Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Knowledge of industry-standard production equipment, techniques, and best practices.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
