Summary
The Speech Language Pathologist evaluates patients and applies a wide variety of therapeutic techniques for the rehabilitation of patients with speech, language, hearing, voice, cognitive, swallowing, and oral motor disorders. Directs patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce and enhance performance. Facilitates the learning of skills and functions essential for adaptation and productivity to diminish or correct pathology and to promote and maintain health. Establishes and maintains good working relationships with all colleagues and customers.
