As a Boba Tea Barista, you will play a key role in creating and serving exquisite boba tea beverages that delight our customers. Your expertise in boba tea preparation, customer service, and commitment to quality will contribute to an exceptional boba tea experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve boba drinks ( Boba Tea Preparation: Prepare a variety of boba tea beverages, including traditional and specialty options, following precise recipes and techniques) and other beverages according to customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure that all food safety regulations are followed.
• Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, processing payments and providing change to customers.
• Equipment Care: Handle and maintain boba tea equipment, ensuring proper operation and cleanliness.
• Team Collaboration: Work as part of the team to ensure efficient workflow and a positive work environment.
• Lift 50 lbs boxes for moving and storage.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
