Gorman Residential Real Estate is Hiring a Real Estate Buyer’s Sales Specialist Near Raleigh, NC
We are looking for an experienced agent that has excellent customer service and sales skills to service our book of repeat and referral business. We are offering a compensation draw of $35,000 to help you make the transition to our team. This person will close 30 deals per year at goal, 20 of which will be provided by the team and 10 of which will be self-sourced by the agent. The total expected income net of all splits and fees should be at least $144,500. This is an opportunity to step into an existing deal flow, so we are only considering highly qualified agents with recent transaction experience. If you have closed at least 8 transactions in the past 12 months but are having trouble in a slower market, this could be the role you've been looking for!
