Gorilla 76 is looking for full-time Project Manager candidates. As part of our internal team, you’ll be responsible for building plans, monitoring timelines and scope, and assisting in capacity management across the agency.

Your role

This position focuses on the resourcing of the agency and supporting delivery teams in planning, executing and closing projects for our clients. You’ll develop project scopes, monitor burn and adherence to scopes, and support the team in closing and reflecting on projects. You’ll work to maintain and constantly improve capacity reporting and forecasting. Your work will help lay the foundation for nearly all revenue-generating projects at the agency and shape strategic decisions on hiring, product offering and pricing.

• Be ready to get in the weeds; you'll be creating and approving detailed source-of-truth documents for client projects and capacity reporting

• Spotting patterns and recognizing anomalies in collected data is a key area of value-creation for this position

• Decision-making from this department can have ripple effects for months or years; the ability to maintain high-level strategic thinking in tactical decision-making is paramount

• You’ll need to clearly and kindly articulate complex processes and ideas to colleagues at all levels of the agency

• Process refinement is a key accountability; we’ll constantly research and determine areas of objective improvement to achieve better data and results
