Monday-Friday 8-2pm to start and may change to 8-4:30pm - hours can be flexible

An established property management team since 2001 is hiring for a new position.

Our fast paced business involves working with the public both in and out of the office environment. This position calls for strengths in efficiently organizing daily tasks, and receiving directions from team members with a positive attitude and a smile.

SKILLS NEEDED:

Exceptional organization skills

Ability to multitask and change directions as needed for maintenance issues

Knowledge of home maintenance to ask tenant questions facilitating and prioritizing repairs

Ability to research and supplies

Detail oriented

Good communication skills in person, by phone or email

Ability to work alone or in a team

Computer skills - Microsoft and Google applications

Desire to learn and add skills

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Provide support to the property management team

Communicate by phone and email with tenants

Schedule maintenance teams

Invoicing

Order parts and supplies

Hours: 24 hours a week 8-2pm and may change to 40 hours a week Monday-Friday generally 8-4:30

Requirements: valid drivers license and insurance, reliable all weather vehicle, clear background check

Benefits: no medical benefits, flexible schedule

Wage: $18-22 depending on skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
