Gordon's Air Conditioning and Heating is seeking a qualified A/C Tech for both residential and light commercial to join our company. We are a full-service company with customer service being our #1 priority. We are looking for a qualified service tech that is prompt, courteous to homeowners, completing the service correctly the first time, and offers honest options to customers. This is not a sales job and we do not want employees to sell a part that a client does not need! We are proud to be a drug-free company.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience - Minimum of 3 years of residential experience.
• Strong Trouble Shooting Skills - Must be able to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and all related components.
• Work Ethics - Motivated team player that is dependable and responsible. Presentable appearance and has the ability to interact professionally with customers or contractors.
• Tools - Possess own hand tools.
• On Call - Must be willing to take on-call rotation
• Record - Must have clean driving records, be insurable, and can pass a criminal background check and a drug test at any given time.
• Lifting and Heights -- Must be able to: Lift heavy objects. Move an object (HVAC) weighing up to 100 pounds. Stand on a ladder and work over your head.
• Certified - EPA and R410A Certified
