Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP is Hiring a Civil Litigation Associate (5+ yrs) Near Indianapolis, IN

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, one of the nation’s fastest growing litigation and business transactions firms, and the first to have an office in all 50 states, seeks to hire a highly motivated 5 year senior associate to join our emergent Insurance Practice Group in the Indianapolis office. The ideal candidate must possess excellent writing and analytical skills, as well as a positive attitude, outstanding work ethics and a commitment to excellence on behalf of our clients. The candidate must also possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work productively in both independent and team environments.

Candidate must be licensed in Indiana.

Job duties include performing legal research; drafting legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and client correspondence; attending court conferences, pretrial hearings, motion hearings, and, settlement conferences, handling investigations and discovery, including depositions. This is a hit-the-ground-running opportunity where the candidate will receive immediate meaningful litigation experience.
