Description
Our company is seeking a Bilingual Front Office Coordinator who is comfortable with constant communication with visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to visitors and ensuring their needs are met. The Front Office Coordinator will be the first point of contact for visitors and will be responsible for answering questions, providing information, and directing visitors to the appropriate areas.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and provide a warm welcome
- Answer questions and provide information about the company.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate areas
- Handle and resolve front desk situations in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude
- Keep track of incoming/outcoming deliveries and notify appropriate parties
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth visitor experience
Requirements
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple visitors at once
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as phones and computers
- High school diploma or equivalent
