In this role you will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and key resource for clients within assigned account base.
  • Maintain a proactive and strategic approach to identifying and assisting clients with their technology needs.
  • Meet regularly with client contacts including in-person appointments.
  • Ensure that clients contracted services are accurately provided with respect to agreed terms.
  • Lead contract renewals with assigned client base.
  • Create, assemble, coordinate pricing, contract, and other documents for new opportunities, changes, and renewals within assigned base.
  • Participate in quarterly strategic business reviews (SBR) with assigned clients. Schedule and coordinate quarterly strategic business reviews with assigned clients.
  • Ensure that contracts are kept current within assigned account base.
  • Develop strong working relationships with team members in other areas of the organization to ensure positive client experiences and to address issues when they arise.
  • Stay informed on issues occurring within client environments, ensuring the proper resources are scheduled to reach a timely resolution.
  • Maintain and continuously enhance personal knowledge of Elevity’s product offerings as well as industry developments and trends.
  • Track recurring issues at clients; ensure appropriate staff and/or management are informed of issues in order to pursue proper resolutions.
  • Track and assist with scheduling delivery and installation of ordered equipment and services.
  • Follow through on all client issues to ensure complete resolution.
  • Maintain clear and updated client documentation in CRM/PSA as it pertains to conversations and interactions with the client.
  • Audit client billing as needed and resolve any invoicing concerns.

You should have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an account management or customer service role – preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and conscientious about the client experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to other branch locations and clients within assigned account base.
  • Ability to interact with and work well with others in various fast changing environments/situations leveraging strong networking and listening skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PPT, Teams, and Excel).
  • Valid driver’s license and appropriate auto insurance as dictated by state requirements.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
