Primary Responsibilities:

  • Document Drafting and Review
  • Effective Case Management
  • Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes
  • Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant legal software is typically expected.
  • Managing multiple cases with tight deadlines
  • Timekeeping

Required Experience and Education:

  • Paralegal Certificate or Degree
  • Work Experience: 2-3 number of years of paralegal experience, particularly for more senior or specialized positions preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Notary preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
