Duties & Responsibilities
Role Description
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing and implementing Human Resource strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy. Provides counsel to managers and employees as to Human Resources policies and procedures and employee relations. Manages the entire recruitment and selection process. Onboards and offboards all employees. Oversees 401k as well as all benefit programs for multiple states in the US.
This role plays a pivotal role in the company’s core focus to create safer and more productive communities through hiring, promoting, and maintaining a skilled work force that believes in the company’s mission and are dedicated to the Goosetown family and culture.
