Purpose:
As a Support Specialist for Gooseneck Implement, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and troubleshooting services to internal stakeholders so our employees can support our customers. Your primary focus will be to resolve technical issues related to John Deere machinery and equipment efficiently, ensuring smooth operations and optimal equipment performance. This position offers the opportunity for remote work, depending on the candidate's location, and is part of our Gooseneck Technical Assistance Center.
