Customer Experience Agent Job Description:

Customer Experience Agents at Goose Creek are responsible for handling customer inquiries with the utmost professionalism and precision. They utilize established policies and procedures to address inquiries via email, chat, and text effectively. Agents will be trained to handle a high volume of emails and seek supervisor approval when necessary actions fall outside standard operating procedures. Additionally, agents are expected to demonstrate exceptional office etiquette and consistently use correct grammar in all customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a large volume of emails, texts, and chats.
• Give accurate information to the customer in all situations.
• Meet and exceed all goals given by the supervisor.
• Follow the standard operating procedures while assisting customers.
• Handles and resolves customer conflicts effectively by empathizing with customers.
• Placing orders via phone and assisting with other inquiries/complaints.
• Troubleshooting technical issues that a customer may encounter.
• Additional tasks that the supervisor or manager may assign.

Qualification/Skills:

• High school diploma required.
• 2-3 years working in customer service.
