We are seeking a Certified Tableau Site Administrator for a Very long-term Hybrid position with our client.

Prefer Locals or someone who can commute (US Citizen or Permanent Residents only)

Type: Contract / C2C /1099

Rate- $60 / hour (All-Inclusive)

Location: Trenton, NJ.

Duration: long-term

Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days offsite)

The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience in data warehousing, ETL data integration, business intelligence development, and database platforms.

·Possessing a Tableau Desktop Specialist Certificate from Tableau is preferred, and they should have experience in full life cycle development of reporting projects.

·Candidates should have a strong foundation in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server with experience in troubleshooting, performance tuning and resolving issues within Tableau Cloud and reports.

·The candidate should be able to work collaboratively and understand business requirements and system architecture.

·Candidates should have extensive knowledge of Tableau Desktop and Tableau Cloud along with experience as a Tableau site administrator.

·The ideal candidate should have experience in technical support, report design, and monitoring of system usage. They should have established best practices for enterprise Tableau environments, application intake and development processes.

·The candidate should have worked extensively in Tableau Desktop/Server, including recent versions of Tableau, having in-depth knowledge of Tableau Parameters, Data blending, Action filters, joins, and Drilldowns. They should also have experience in cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure.

·The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Views, Synonyms, Indexes, Joins, and Sub-Queries. They should have experience working with Agile methodology and be proficient in Database& Shell Scripting.

·Working knowledge of Power BI Admin and developer skills. Should be familiar with DAX(Data Analysis Expressions)for creating custom calculations in Power BI.”

The core skills for Tableau Site Administrator/Developer candidates with 2-5 years’ experience include:

·A strong understanding of Tableau Cloud architecture, configuration, and administration

·Familiarity with Tableau Cloud administration and maintenance

·Knowledge of Tableau Cloud deployment and license management

·Ability to manage user permissions, groups, and projects in Tableau Server and Cloud

·Understanding of Tableau Cloud security protocols and best practices

·Familiarity with Tableau metadata management, including data sources, schedules, and extracts

·Experience with troubleshooting Tableau Cloud issues, including performance tuning, connectivity, and server errors.

·Understanding of cloud computing technologies, such as AWS and Azure, and their impact on Tableau Cloud deployment and configuration

·Ability to develop clear and useful Tableau Dashboards around proof of concepts.

·Design, develop, conducts unit testing, and maintains complex Tableau reports for scalability, manageability, extensibility, performance, and re-use.

·Provide technical expertise in areas of architecture, design, and implementation.

·Determine the best implementation that will meet the design of the architect.

·Work with team members to create useful reports and dashboards that provide insight, improve/automate processes, or otherwise add value to the team.

·Work through iterative review cycles to deliver results that meet or exceed user expectations.

·Ensure consistency by adhering to a set of software coding and style guides.

·Resolve support tickets related to Tableau reports.
