Restaurant Service Manager Responsibilities :

• Communicates information effectively and efficiently.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, if the needs of the business and position dictate
• Must be detail-oriented, passionate about their job and hospitality
• Collaborate with the BOH team to lead and oversee service in a variety of formats
• Create exceptional guest experiences that clearly communicate expectations to the FOH and BOH
• Coach and develop the front-of-house employees by setting guidelines and expectations
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results
• Ability to train all new employees

Restaurant Service Manager Qualifications :

• Must have at least 3 years experience in a Full-service Manager role NO JOB HOPPERS
• High Volume 4M experience
• Strong and proven leadership qualities : friendly, coach mentality, leading by example, and upholding restaurant standards
• Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations and build relationships
