We're hiring a Talent Development and Acquisition Partner. This role focuses on talent management, with an emphasis on development and retention.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee talent development efforts
• Source and recruit office-based candidates
• Develop tools for skill enhancement
• Oversee talent review process
• Collaborate with senior leaders on talent management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years Talent Development
• Recruiting experience preferred
• Ability to work with senior leadership
