- 2 years in a similar role as a Restaurant Manager in full-service upscale or fine dining
- Hands-on leadership style
- Detail-focused, problem-solver, and guest satisfaction driven
- Strong liquor, wine, and beer knowledge and wine service skills
- Skilled in motivating and leading and developing one's team
- Effective and clear verbal communication skills
Restaurant Manager's Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day operations
- Mentor and develop staff through training and coaching
- Deliver feedback and hold the team accountable to all standards
- Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all health department regulations
