Responsibilities for Fast-Casual Managers :
- Recruit, train, and mentor the team to exceed expectations
- Control costs, including food, labor, and waste
- Implement systems for ordering, inventory, and staff training
- Contribute to a vibrant atmosphere for guests and the team
Requirements for Fast-Casual Managers :
- Hands-on leader with some kitchen experience
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on cost management and P&L
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality
- Minimum 3 years in a similar management role
- New restaurant opening experience is a significant advantage
- Positive, upbeat personality with solid business acumen
