Restaurant Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities :

• 2 3 years of management experience in full-service restaurants
• Plan, organize, and communicate daily and monthly initiatives
• Ensure guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation
• Must want to work shoulder to shoulder with your team.
• Must be a good listener that is humble, dependable, adaptable, proactive, and teachable.
• Must be able to work weekends.
